Seattle Humane

Located in Bellevue, Seattle Humane is a donor-funded, not-for-profit animal shelter dedicated to saving lives, completing families and keeping pets with the people who love them. Seattle Humane is not a municipal shelter and it does not hold stray contracts or investigate cruelty cases. The shelter accepts animals surrendered by their owners and transfers the majority of pets in need from other shelters. Seattle Humane is open six days a week, offers adoption services, dog training classes, a pet food bank, low-cost veterinary services, and humane education for youth of all ages.
