Available animals and applications are viewable on our website (see contact information). Please submit an application to make an appointment to adopt. We offer referrals for low-cost spay and neuter; microchipping and rabies and other vaccinations. These services are available by contacting us at contact@smhumane.org or 423-532-8475. PLEASE NOTE: We are a new board of directors; staff and volunteers. Negative reviews posted more than 18 months ago offend us as much, if not more, than the reviewers who posted them. Animals first is our motto. Recent reviews are an accurate reflection of our rescue's operation.
