Monroe County Friends of Animals' (MCFA), an independent 501c3, goal is to provide for and continuously improve the health, happiness and fortunes of the homeless and abandoned cats and dogs in Monroe County. We are dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming pets in need, while providing community education on responsible pet ownership.
