Friends of Coos County Animals (FOCCAS) is a 501c3 FOSTER- based dog and cat rescue. FOCCAS also helps low income families get their pets spayed/neutered. We are usually open on Saturdays for cat/kitten adoptions (sometimes have dogs) from Noon to 3pm at Pony Village Mall. Also open by appointment.
