About

The Washington County SPCA shelter is an independent non-profit (501c3) organization that takes in ALL local cats and dogs, regardless of health, breed, age, etc. and exists solely on the donations of our generous and caring supporters. We are not affiliated with nor receive funding from Washington County or national organizations. We are the community's ONLY open access shelter, and we offer low-cost spay/neuter vouchers, and collaborate with other animal assistance groups to actively promote suitable animal adoptions and transports. Together we DO make a difference!
