Kent County Animal Shelter provides temporary care and shelter for lost, unwanted and abused animals. We seek placement of appropriate animals into responsible homes. KCAS also Implements programs promoting safety and responsibility among pet owners and children in the community while striving to reduce pet overpopulation. KCAS creates and maintains community outreach and support programs to help keep families and pets together Kent County Animal Shelter fundamental philosophy is "Saving lives. Connecting families. Serving community." Kent County Animal Shelter and Kent Animal Control are separate departments. Please contact Kent County Sheriffs department to file an animal related complaint.
