Citizens Animal Rescue and Adoption (C.A.R.A.)

C.A.R.A. is a 501(c)3 non-for-profit, No Kill animal shelter and rescue for homeless, injured/neglected or surrendered animals. Through community donations we are able to provide much needed medical care, food and shelter while we work diligently to find forever homes for our animals. We are open to the public Monday-Friday 1-4PM and Saturdays/other times by appointment, please call 217-799-8858 or 217-655-4353. It's always best to phone first when making the drive incase it's a spay neuter day or we are out of the office.
