At the Humane Society of Boulder Valley, we want to ensure the health and well-being of all animals in our care. Each year, more than 2,000 pets arrive at our shelter as stray animals. At the Humane Society of Boulder Valley (HSBV), we understand that at times people are no longer able to care for their pets due to living situations, allergies or other reasons. There are times when the human/animal bond breaks or circumstances change and a guardian must relinquish a pet. HSBV can help walk you through this process and discuss options with you.
