About HSPRAC The Humane Society Pet Rescue and Adoption Center services the city limits of Gadsden and Attalla. The Humane Society Pet Rescue and Adoption Center was incorporated on April 30, 1973, to relieve suffering and to enhance the lives of animals through humane and educational services to the residents of our community.
